I had heard such good things… read them… believed them…
Here’s the deal I gave 2 stars and not 1 because the Pros:
-yes, I do feel that the wrinkles from frowning in my sleep were prevented from deepening further for the nights I wore them
-yes, it taught me how much I do frown without realizing it
But the Con’s:
-I normally ignore when someone leaves a review saying something smelled bad but… these smell pretty awful… like glue and cardboard which brings me to the next…
-I literally feel like this was glue and cardboard in weird shapes that I was sticking to my face
-they leave lines on the edges and all over your face
-maybe I didn’t wet them enough? But my god I used the same amount of water I use to wash my face with soap to take off makeup to get these off and when I tell you, I’m glad I didn’t let any of it sit on my eyebrows because I would have accidentally waxed my eyebrows off removing these… I feel like I was ripping my 1st layer and a half off skin off when I removed them
-maybe this is a pro for you but to me it was a con looking like a broke version of leather face… which I’m pretty sure leather face at least could remove that homemade mask a little easier than these come off
Bottom line: nice idea and I’m sure you can make it work but I don’t like looking like a low budget horror film villain while smelling like a kindergarten arts and crafts project gone wrong- which coincidentally you lose the first layer of skin from, as well.
