Stainless steel wire mesh has fascinating reflection characteristics due to the material used and the structure of the wire mesh. Illuminated wire mesh facades made out of architectural wire mesh are the optimal combination of a transparent stainless steel facade by day and a pulsating cloak of light by night. During the day architectural wire mesh in direct sunlight exercises a special fascination: Transparent wire mesh facades appear partially opaque due the reflection of light and continuously change optically to something new according to the position of the sun.
The mesh illumination also uses this effect during the night and awakens the facade with LED illumination. In doing so it is possible to install the LED emitters under the stainless steel wire mesh, either partially or completely over the whole width of the facade. In darkness a static wire mesh facade becomes a dynamic cloak of light which permanently changes according to the viewpoint and movement of the viewer.
Production of the colourful facade cladding by means of pulsating colour and light compositions is individually programmable. From the multi-faceted colours of light in the RGB colour space through to dynamic white light, the creative freedom is unlimited. For example, you can immerse facades completely in one colour or illuminate them with individual light effects.
