Four stars because my unit arrived with a pretty decent dent in the box. Upon opening, some of the metal pieces were dented and a small part of the desk top had some damage as well. I still put it together to see if it was sturdy, and was pleasantly surprised. Very easy to assemble, one page instructions are a little sparse but easy to understand if you've ever built furniture. The Allen wrench provided works, however some of the metal pieces are positioned in such a way that it blocks the wrench from making a full turn, I switched to a screwdriver and it was a breeze. Overall took me less than an hour to assemble. Once together the desk is very sturdy, especially for the price. There is a little wobble but I think it's due to my flooring. I bought this as a crafting table, so stability is crucial. It lives up to demand. Size is great, fits my laptop and tons of craft materials comfortably. Overall I recommend this as a cheap desk, it's nothing amazing but it gets the job done!
