I like this one a lot. It’s an Amazon choice, fits up to a 9-foot tree once it’s disassembled, and comes with a 5-year warranty.
The other nice thing is that it’s a tear-proof bag. When it comes to dismantling your tree and putting it somewhere, you want to make sure you have a strong exterior that doesn’t get punctured.
The wheels on it are a bonus. I always find trying to manipulate the box our tree came in to be awkward. Now I don’t have to worry about it as I can just roll it out of the house and into the garage. It’s the perfect way to store your tree and keep your garage organized.

There are a few shortcomings of this product and several one-star reviews (which you can read here). The one complaint is lack of rigidity, as some people thought it implied from the image. Personally, the lack of rigidity is a good thing because the tree is going to need to be broken down and needs to fit. If the bag were rigid, it would be a lot harder to fit things in.

This one comes with a rounded bag and is more affordable than the first one. It is waterproof and can fit a 9-foot tree.
Looking at the reviews and posted pictures, it seems to be a good product. There is a 72% 5-star reviews, which is a pretty high amount, and overall the buyers seem happy with this. If you aren’t looking for wheels, then this could be a better Christmas tree storage bag for you.

This bag seems to be one of the best sellers on Amazon. It has over 1200 reviews at the time of writing and has a 64% 5-star rating.
The material does seem to be less durable than other Xmas tree storage bags that we have mentioned. However, it does come at a lower price point. So it could be a case of you get what you paid for.
My thought would be if you are gentle with your items, this bag could do it, but if you have a lot of sharper points in your tree, or you are just rougher with things in general (no judging, we can all be rough on certain items), then it may be worthwhile for you to upgrade to one of the other bags above.

More Durable Rigid Rolling Storage Box
This one can only accommodate up to 7.5-foot trees, but if you are looking for a more rigid frame, this one is it.
To be honest, I’m not as sure on this one. There are only 2 reviews online of it and only one image. While it does coming in two colors, this will likely be one you should research a little more since there is so little information on it.
But considering that the biggest drawbacks of some of these bags have been the lack of rigidity, this one is an alternative to that.

Alternate DIY Christmas Tree Storage Idea
If the idea of a Christmas tree storage bag isn’t what you feel is best, there is another option. You can do it yourself.
Buy some larger storage containers for your Christmas tree and put them in there.
Of course, it will depend on the size of your tree, and you will likely have to break it up into multiple boxes, but these storage bins are reusable, and you can use them for other storage should you get them and it doesn’t work out.

Best Affordable Christmas Tree Storage BagWe ended up buying this one, and it has held up. There was a lot of dust on it from the past year, thanks to us finishing our basement and the carpenters cutting baseboards in the garage, but the tree didn’t have any dust on it. You can see it doesn’t hold its shape, but it is very big and easily fits our 7 foot artificial Christmas tree with lights on it.
